The “Pro-SSR Movement for All in Togo” is a coalition of civil society organizations led by the NGO ADESCO. The movement campaigns for the promotion of rights related to sexual and reproductive health services for all without discrimination in Togo. As such, the coalition benefited from funding from partner AmplifyChange as part of the project called “Engagement of civil society for the promotion of Health, Sexual Rights and Reproduction for All in Togo”. This project will ultimately make it possible to create a social environment favorable to the enjoyment of SRHR services for all by identifying and eliminating harmful norms and beliefs that constitute obstacles to this enjoyment.
As part of the implementation of the said project, the CUPIDON Network organizes discussion groups led by peer educators on themes related to SRHR for the benefit of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities. These discussion groups are a space for learning, strengthening self-esteem, dialogue, exchange of experiences and mutual assistance.
For the activities of semester 04, fourteen (14) discussion groups including two (02) on the theme 03 “mechanisms of abuse and violence” will be organized from July 16, 2021 to September 4, 2021 in the cities of: Lomé , Tsévié, Aného, Kpalimé, Sokodé, Kara, Dapaong.
