The Africa Arc En Ciel Association aims to contribute to the reduction of STI/HIV/AIDS infection and the promotion of quality health within highly vulnerable populations and to promote the creation of a tolerant society in the respect for fundamental rights. Afrique Arc En Ciel envisions a Togolese society in harmony with diversity and free from stigmatizing behaviors, discrimination, and all forms of violation of rights based on gender identity and/or sexual orientation. AAEC’s mission is to contribute to the creation of a favorable social, legal and health environment for LGBTQ+/MSM people and people with disabilities in Togo and in the sub-region.
